1. What we collect

What you enter: the facility details, population description, and the sample match logs or incident notes you submit to generate an audit. We ask you not to upload face images or biometric templates — FaceAudit works on text only. Account & billing: your email and payment status when you start a checkout. Usage: basic, privacy-friendly analytics (page views, audits run) without third-party advertising trackers.

2. How we use it

To generate your risk audit, enforce free-plan limits, process payments, provide support, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data.

3. AI processing

The text you submit is sent to our AI engine to produce the audit. Do not paste raw biometric data, government IDs, or other sensitive personal data of individuals. We do not use your inputs to train public models.

4. Retention

We retain audit and checkout records to operate the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

5. Your rights
