FaceAudit

Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 June 2026

These Terms govern your use of FaceAudit ("the Service"), operated from India. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

FaceAudit analyses the bias, false-match, and data-protection risk of face-recognition attendance and access deployments, and generates a risk report, gap analysis, and document templates including a consent notice. All output is informational guidance for you to review, edit, and use at your discretion.

2. Not legal advice

FaceAudit is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The audit and templates are a structured risk assessment grounded in the DPDP Act 2023 and established face-recognition failure modes. For a binding legal opinion, consult a qualified data-protection lawyer. You remain responsible for your own compliance.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit other people's biometric data or government IDs, not to use the Service to evade your legal obligations, and to use the output lawfully. You are responsible for how you deploy and operate your face-recognition systems.

4. Plans

The free check includes a weekly usage limit. The Audit Report is a one-time purchase; Ongoing Monitoring is billed monthly and may be cancelled anytime; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for regulatory outcomes arising from your deployment. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
